Developed viable business Plans for processors under Techno serve in 2022

The business plans included all standard sections of a startup business plan, from executive summary to key performance indicators (KPIs) and other key attributes of the business plan.

A workable business model was about mapping out how the business, created ongoing value for the customers.

The company developed a 4-Years Financial model

The financial model based on three scenarios for Agricultural Markets Development Trust (AMDT); best-case, most likely-case and worst-case scenario.

Developed 2 inclusive business plans for promoting utilization of reused fecal sludge

The business plans were part of WASH SDG Program and SNV. One for biomass fuel (briquettes), developed for an enterprise to be operated by (AUWSA) and another for compost (organic fertilizer), developed for an enterprise to be operated by (SHUWASA).

Developed 7 inclusive financial and Investment plans

The business plans were developed for 7 off takers in round potato, sunflower and beans value chains, as part of the Climate Resilient Agribusiness for Tomorrow (CRAFT), Project implemented by SNV in Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.

Developed Business and Investment Plan for Dodoma Cement

The company was awarded grant by AGRA to promote its agricultural lime to 50,000 farmers and strengthen distribution strategy in five regions (Iringa, Ruvuma, Njombe, Rukwa and Katavi) in the southern highland part of Tanzania.
